2025
Non-profit • 2-10 employees • 57 VIP events

3-days of curated program of exhibitions and events, where artists, curators, collectors, and enthusiasts come together to experience the international contemporary art scene in Zurich, Switzerland.

As VIP Program Lead for the 2025 8th edition of Zurich Art Weekend, I developed and carried out a curated program of intimate encounters ranging from private collection visits to artist-led conversations and guided tours, designed to offer guests a thoughtful entry into Zurich’s contemporary art landscape.

With 70+ participating venues—including leading museums, galleries, top universities, off-spaces and private collections—Zurich Art Weekend offers an exceptional three-day journey into the city’s dynamic contemporary art scene. It’s a key moment for collectors and art world professionals to gather, connect, and engage with a thoughtfully curated program of exhibitions and events.

VIP guests have access to a dedicated program of exclusive events—from artist studio visits and private collection tours to curated art walks, exhibition previews, and receptions—each designed to foster meaningful dialogue in an inspiring setting.

About the weekend

In close collaboration with esteemed collectors, and institutions, I shaped the strategic vision for the program, tending to both the curatorial intent and the finer details of guest engagement.

Across a fast-paced edition, I held space for moments of exchange, hospitality, and reflection, quiet gestures that anchored the weekend’s larger public momentum.

My role & contributions

Navigating the complexities of a city-wide VIP program meant adapting to fast-evolving logistics, last-minute changes, and the nuances of high-level guest relations.

From streamlining communication between venues and volunteers to enhancing the accessibility and clarity of our digital RSVP system, I identified gaps and proposed solutions that refined the behind-the-scenes flow of operations.

These challenges offered space to problem-solve with care, communicate under pressure, and prioritize experience design across every touchpoint. Above all, they invited me to listen attentively, respond with intention, and honor the quiet complexity behind what appears effortless to the public eye.
