Rebranding Operations at Alohi

SaaS tech startup • 11-50 employees • 3 products • 4 million users worldwide

One of the most rewarding experience as Content Marketing Specialist was contributing to Alohi’s comprehensive rebranding project. Collaborating with a small, dynamic team and an external branding agency, I played a key role in redefining our brand identity, aligning it with Alohi’s vision and values.

My role & contributions

  • I applied my design expertise to bring the new brand vision to life, designing pages that reflected the refreshed identity.

  • I wrote the copy for key web pages, ensuring a cohesive tone and voice that aligned with the new brand narrative.

  • I navigated the design and content creation for Alohi’s newly launched Solutions page, a key element in positioning Alohi as a SaaS company offering integrated solutions.

    This page connected Alohi’s three distinct products under a unified umbrella brand, emphasizing the themes of “Flow” and “Frictionless Productivity.”

    I incorporated real customer identities from various industries to highlight practical applications of our products, enhancing credibility and relevance.

  • To capture the human side of Alohi, I directed an office photoshoot with a professional photographer. These images brought authenticity to the Careers and About Us pages, reinforcing the new identity and internal culture.

Process & visuals

The accompanying visual illustrates my brainstorming process, highlighting the journey of designing new web page mock ups from concept to execution with the help of UX designers and Webflow.

This project not only allowed me to refine my skills in branding and storytelling but also left a lasting impact on how Alohi is perceived by clients and potential team members.

Challenges & outcome

Despite the limited resources typical of a startup environment, I conceptualized and delivered impactful pages tailored to the needs of high-end clients, blending strategic messaging with polished design.

The Solutions page played a pivotal role in communicating Alohi’s rebranded business identity and fostering a deeper connection with our target audience.
