About the weekend
In close collaboration with esteemed collectors, and institutions, I shaped the strategic vision for the program, tending to both the curatorial intent and the finer details of guest engagement.
Across a fast-paced edition, I held space for moments of exchange, hospitality, and reflection, quiet gestures that anchored the weekend’s larger public momentum.

Volunteers team
Navigating the complexities of a city-wide VIP program meant adapting to fast-evolving logistics, last-minute changes, and the nuances of high-level guest relations.
From streamlining communication between venues and volunteers to enhancing the accessibility and clarity of our digital RSVP system, I identified gaps and proposed solutions that refined the behind-the-scenes flow of operations.
These challenges offered space to problem-solve with care, communicate under pressure, and prioritize experience design across every touchpoint. Above all, they invited me to listen attentively, respond with intention, and honor the quiet complexity behind what appears effortless to the public eye.
